Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that projects are aligned with organizational goals and deliver maximum value. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders, analyze complex business processes, and contribute to the success of IT initiatives.

Key Responsiblity

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, objectives, and processes.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirement documents, use cases, process flows, and user manuals.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that developed solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Identify and communicate potential risks and issues to project stakeholders, offering recommendations and solutions.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations to facilitate communication and gather feedback.
• Continuously monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the IT team.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and expectations.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to business units, addressing inquiries and assisting with troubleshooting.

Skill & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the IT sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
• Proficiency in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and functional specifications.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and practices.
• Experience with business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, use case analysis, and requirements workshops.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with relevant software applications and tools for documentation and analysis.
• Previous experience in the IT sector, software development, or related field is preferred.
