Matriye Academy has taken all reasonable precautions to treat Personal Information as confidential with industry standards that it has implemented to protect from unauthorized access, improper use or disclosure, modification, and unlawful destruction or accidental loss of the Personal Information.

The user is allowed to access the Platform, register for courses, and avail of services available with Matriye Academy as a guest without creating an account on the Platform or providing any Personal Information, Matriye Academy takes no responsibility or validates the information provided by the guest, except as otherwise required under any law, regulation or an order of a competent authority. To have access to all the features and benefits on our Platform, a User is required to first create an account on our Platform. To create an account, a User is required to provide Personal Information as may be required during the time of registration. Other information requested on the registration page, including the ability to receive promotional offers from Matriye Academy, is optional. Matriye Academy may, in the future, include other optional requests for information from the User to help Matriye Academy to customize the Platform to deliver personalized information to the User. Without the User's agreement, Matriye Academy will not share, rent or sell any Personal Information with third parties in any way other than what is disclosed in this Policy. Matriye Academy may keep records of telephone calls received and made for making inquiries, registered courses, feedback, or other purposes to render services effectively and efficiently.

“Personal Information” shall mean the information which identifies the User, name, identification number, email address, age, phone number, password, or any financial account information provided to Matriye Academy at the time of registration or any time thereafter.

 

D) Automatic Information Collection:

Some examples of the information we collect and analyze include the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the internet; login; email; password; computer and connection information such as browser type and version, operating system, and platform; course enrolled history, which we sometimes aggregate with similar information from other users to create features, reports such as popular courses, most used features, etc; the full Uniform Resource Locator (URL) clickstream to, and from our Platform, including date and time; cookie number; courses or videos you viewed or searched for; the email id you used to call our customer service.

During some visits, we may use software tools such as JavaScript to measure and collect session information, including page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, courses and videos, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page.

 

E) Information Security:

 

To protect the security of your Personal Information during transmission, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information you input. To prevent unauthorized access to sensitive information, you need to monitor those who have access to your password and to your computer, laptop, or any other device through which your account can be accessed. While availing of our services you will provide access to Matriye Academy with your Personal Information. If that information is wrong, you can request us to modify or delete the same. Matriye Academy will take all reasonable measures to ensure that the Personal Information is modified and used for rendering services to you and as otherwise in compliance with laws. When editing or deleting Personal Information, we may ask you to verify your identity before we can act on your request. Matriye Academy may at its discretion reject any request that is contrary to law and requires unreasonable technical efforts. We do not assure you that we will delete all residual copies and archives made by any third party without our knowledge and consent. Matriye Academy shall use your Personal Information to communicate with you. The said communication can either be by calls, text, or emails. If at any time you wish to not receive any communication from our end you can opt out of the same by writing to us at support@matriyeacademy.com.

 

G) Exceptions:

 

Your Personal Information may be shared with third parties who have a need or authority to receive such information, if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation, or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to comply with (i) in response to any authority having to receive such information under law (ii) any order of the court (iii) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues (iv) protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of Matriye Academy, our users or the public as required or permitted by law.

 

H) User choices concerning access to information:

 

Matriye Academy does not make any unsolicited calls or otherwise market any products or services, except for the purpose for which such information has been provided or taking any feedback, addressing any complaints, or informing you about new features or free/paid courses. User shall not disclose their Personal Information to any third parties that are not authorized by Matriye Academy and verify the identity of such person who seeks information. Matriye Academy will communicate with the Users through calls, SMS, email, or notices posted on the Platform or through any other means available, which shall include but not be limited to text, other forms of messaging, calls, etc. The Users can change their e-mail and contact preferences at any time by logging into their account or by emailing support@matriyeacademy.com

 

Matriye Academy may, if you so choose, send direct mailers to you at the address given by you. You have the option to 'opt out' of this direct mailer by way of links provided at the bottom of each mailer. We respect your privacy and to the extent that you choose not to receive such mailers, we will take all steps to remove you from the list. All the information provided to Matriye Academy by you, you as a User confirm that the same including sensitive Personal Information is true, accurate, and voluntary. The user has the right to withdraw information at any time, following the terms of this Policy and the Terms of Service.

 

I) Report, Analysis & Confidentiality:

 

Matriye Academy may have to use Personal Information without reference to any persona or identity for research, statistical analysis, and business intelligence purpose and may transfer such research, statistical, or intelligence data in an aggregated or non-personally identifiable form to third parties and affiliates. All Matriye Academy employees and data processors, who have access to, and are associated with the processing of sensitive personal data or information, are obliged to respect the confidentiality of every User's sensitive personal data and information.

Matriye Academy may also disclose or transfer the User's personal and other information which a User provides, to another third party as part of the reorganization or a sale of the assets of the Matriye Academy corporation division or company. To the extent necessary to provide Users with the services on the Platform, Matriye Academy may provide User’s Personal Information to third-party contractors who work on behalf of or with Matriye Academy to provide Users with such services, to help Matriye Academy communicate with Users or to maintain the Platform. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

 

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

 

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at MATRIYE ASSOCIATE unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.


Delete Account 

1. If an Student/Instructor wants to delete his/her account, the user must make a request to Info@matriyeacademy.com, and our team will permanently erase the user's account.

2. Another approach to remove an account is to go to the

a) Profile tab and pick "Delete my account."

b) The user will be sent to the Delete Account page, where they may check the box "Reason for deleting" before clicking the "Delete Account" button.

c) Your account will be deleted permanently



Information Collection and Use

 

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to a user name, user mobile number, user email id, user address, city, state, Pincode, user image, user Kyc documents like Aadhaar card and Pan card for Legal KYC verification Process. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

The MATRIYE ASSOCIATE app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We, therefore, recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the MATRIYE ASSOCIATE app won’t work properly or at all.

You should be aware that there are certain things that MATRIYE ACADEMY LLP will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but MATRIYE ACADEMY LLP cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.

 

If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.

Along the same lines, MATRIYE ACADEMY LLP cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, MATRIYE ACADEMY LLP cannot accept responsibility.
