Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Web Designer with expertise in React and PHP to join our creative team. As a Senior Web Designer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing engaging and user-focused web experiences. Key Responsiblity

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and developers to translate requirements into intuitive and visually appealing web designs.
• Design and develop responsive web interfaces using React for front-end and PHP for back-end integration.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts and user interactions.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system, ensuring design coherence across various platforms and devices.
• Implement best practices for user-centered design, accessibility, and user experience.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionalities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to enhance design processes and outcomes.
• Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance on design principles, tools, and techniques.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities, meeting deadlines and maintaining design quality.
• Actively contribute to the improvement of design workflows, tools, and processes within the team.

Skill & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong focus on React and PHP development.
• Proficiency in designing user interfaces for web applications using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of PHP and experience with integrating front-end designs with back-end functionality.
• Experience with responsive design, mobile-first design principles, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and its implementation in design.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using design tools or coding.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior designers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, is a plus.
• Previous experience with other front-end frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, Angular) is advantageous.
